I heard we won’t be able to do interlibrary loans which is disappointing is this true? 

This is not true. Interlibrary loan (ILL) service will continue to be a free service for NorQuest students, faculty, and staff, and we will continue to find ways to make lending to and borrowing from other libraries easy and efficient for our library users.
